Hinder - Take It To The Limit
Written by:Derek
Hinder just won't let the 80's be forgotten. Don't believe me??? Give a listen to "Loaded and Alone" and I promise that you will find yourself singing "Living On A Prayer". Or better yet, press your luck (just don't stop on a Whammy) and spin "Without You".....Hey Hinder, Cheap Trick called and wants "The Flame" back! And no 80's album would be complete without a guest appearance from Motley Crue's very own resident evil, Mick Mars(check out "Take It To The Limit"). But don't worry, the band still does what IT does best: Write immature top 40 rock power ballads that let listeners know just how good they are with the ladies. And in case you aren't listening to their lyrics, Hinder reminds you with a cd insert that may make even Hugh Hefner jealous. Note to mothers: you better pray your son buys the digital download version of the album. All in all the music is irreverent, fun, catchy and a completely credible Sophomore effort..It's unapologetic 80's rock at it's finest! Let's put it this way, if you liked Hinder before you like them just as much, if not more, now. Suggestion: Call the next album "Infidelity in Hi-Fidelity". I can't think of a band that could make better use of that title! Check Out: "Use Me" "Last Kiss Goodbye" "Without You" "Up All Night" "The Best Is Yet To Come"
